Horrible service, very rude

I have a Cpap machine and had to replace the head piece. I was told when I went to this store that I could not buy just the head piece, that I had to buy the entire unit consisting of the head piece, nose piece as well as the tube for 250 dollars. What choice do I have as this unit saves my life every night. Two days later I looked up on Amazon and the exact same piece (Resmed) is listed for 35 dollars and I could buy just the piece I needed. If I wanted to buy the exact same thing that I bought from Shoppers it was 78 dollars. Total rip off as I tried to get my 250 back and was told for sanitary reasons could not return it. Lesson learned….Shoppers will not get any more of my money. Spread the word for those that have sleep apnea and uses a Resmed machine.
