I have been getting my car detailed from DS for the last few years. Last time he had to contract the work and the job wasn’t satisfying, he called and redid the detailing of my car and didn’t charge a penny. He always beat the expectation when it came to auto detailing but today I saw a business man that is ethical and sincere towards his work. He has gained himself a loyal client and respect. It’s not about money as I tried to pay him a portion and he refused. We need more people like him to run business!!

My BMW f30 n20 engine was misfiring and idling very rough took it in and these guys did a compression test and found that I had no compression in cylinder no 1. They found me a engine with low km and swapped it cheaper then 6 other shops that I checked. Engine was about 2500 cheaper and labour was 1000 cheaper (also a year newer). I got the car back in 3 days and it runs better then before. These are honest and trustworthy guys very friendly and knowledgeable i wouldn't hesitate to use them again. This was my first time using this shop and they treated me better then shops I've been going to for years.

Amazing mechanic.Came for safety and it turns out there was some issues with the used car I bought. And DS car clinic accepted my vehicle for safety and repair in tight schedule and able to fix my car very quick. They did an amazing job and everyone working there are hard workers and very nice.They were honest and straight forward.Thank you so much for your help on my dodge Journey 2010.

I came in Canada last year in 2021 ,I bought my first car few days ago by working very hard and went for diagnosis of my car to DS and they just putted the instrument which tells if there is any problem.It tool just 5 mins and they said me there is some part needed in this which will cost around 150 and 90 will be labor charge.They said part is not available at the moment and they have to order a part before you come next time on Monday.I said ok I will come on that day and will fix the part.Then they said give me 60 dollars for diagnosis which I did.I said 60 dollars is no where in the entire Ontario for diagnosis Moreover it just took 5 mins.I means 60 dollars for 5 mins.I said them take what actually is considered because I am student and can't pay so high price .But this Man was so rude and said do not play student card with me.I have not met so rude person in Canada since I came. very disappointed!!!!

I pickup a Uhaul truck rental here and got some incredible customer service by DS Car Clinic. He helped me get set up with the Uhaul self service rental and when there was a problem with the return of the vehicle at the end of my rental, he went out of this way to help have the problem resolved with Uhaul. It is not often these days that you come across someone who goes out of their way like that to help you. Thank you
