M. Villeneuve is professional, frank and discussed options in sanding and oiling my floors, including the options available to fill the gaps along the perimeters where the hardwood boards had slipped. Unlike other flooring companies, he managed to schedule us during a very busy time during covid to accomodate our new tenant moving in. What was particularly impressive was his explanation of his process and a prompt response to any concerns I had after the job was finished. Looking at the literature he provided, it was clear that he is passionate about his field. It was refreshing to deal with a company that acted more like a subcontractor (direct, efficient) than a service company (hard sell, etc.) As a professional working for years in design and construction, Summum was a breath of fresh air.

Plancher Summum did an excellent job in my apartment. They completely remade a damaged floor and sanded a couple of rooms where the floor had been worn out by a carpet. The service was extremely professional and fast as they started the work the day after I called them and completed it in 4-5 days only. The apartment was well cleaned up after the work. The price was really excellent taking into account the quality of the work and of the material used. Overall, I highly recommend this company for your floors. Definitively well above the standards!
