Had Internet installed today. Their technician Dirk called to confirm our appointment time. Once here he went the extra mile. Found ideal spot for the dish despite trees etc. Was very professional and did not leave until he made sure we knew how to use our new equipment. Also the staff I spoke to in the office to set up the install was awesome. I'm just sorry I don't recall her name.

I recently had them come to my own and install wifi . I gotta say the young fella matt , very professional well knowledge-based, knew his stuff, and very gd p.r . Then wen i phoned in to complete the set . Again very friendly, helpful staff. The one tech i spoke with austin , was comforting, and committed to making sure id have service before the end of the day.

Terrible internet and purchased all the equipment from them as well just to waste money on terrible service please honestly check with other people that have dealt with wood river before making any commitment and buying the equipment. Old dial up service is better unless you like having to unplug your router daily. I have had many service tickets created to Try and fix the internet with no success.
