The sales person Pierre was very informative and was on time for his appointment. The installer FRANCOIS BEAULIEU was very pleasant. Made sure all the floors were covered so the mess was minimal. Did an excellent job on the installation of our new shower. Was on time or early for his appointments. Made sure everything was cleaned up as possible and he spoke our language, which was very much appreciated. We would totally recommend Bain Magique Rive-Nord. Thank you! Very pleased with the results!

Pascal put in a beautifully designed Utopia bathtub replacement with decorative walls, corner shelves, soap dish, Lahara side bar, and a curved rod. WOW. Stunning. I can’t wait to show my family. Jerome was our installer and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and fast. He did an amazing job replacing my 20year shower which had a serious mold problem. He torn out my old shower completely, took out all the molded sheet rock and replaced it with brand new ones and installed a beautiful new shower all in one day (2 mornings)! He even took time to show me some bad duct and piping work when the sheet rock was off. I highly recommend Bain Magique Rive-Nord for their professional and fast service!

Francois installed several shower and bathtub walls and shower doors at a new house we are building. He did an excellent job - the quality of the product and installation is top notch! He was also very polite and friendly throughout. I'm very happy we chose Bath Fitters for all the bathrooms in our house.

Horrible service. They are fast and have awesome service when it comes to making the sale. Once that's done and you have problems like missing parts or mix up with hot and cold water on the shower... The sales rep doesn't give a s***. He told me he would take care of it. I waited 2 weeks and called multiple times. He never returned my calls. He is just ignoring us. I finally called customer service and the lady explained to me that he never passed any message to them regarding the missing part nor the problem we had with the installation. She even told me that they have a lot of problems with that sales rep.She apologized for his bad service and put the missing part on order. It is supposed to be fixed by end of next week. I am curious to see how this will work out. The sales reps name is Stephane Brassard, future clients beware!
