I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Power Forward Electric.I needed a ceiling light/fan fitted asap as my in laws were arriving in 3 days.My call was answered first time and Derek was very polite and helpful. Despite being booked up until the end of July he done me a huge favour and came to my home at 6:30 that same night.He arrived on time and worked very efficiently. The light was up in the time frame he stated. He not only installed it but built it too.All is working well and we will be using Power Forward Electric for future electrical projects.Honestly cannot recommend him enough.

Derrick was responsive, timely and courteous. He knew exactly what to do and was reasonably priced in replacing our mast on an urgent basis. Highly recommend and would hire him again.

Because of our experience we would highly recommend or engage Derek for any future electrical work. We contracted Derek to install a Generac standby generator. Throughout the process Derek was very informative and timely. The installation was extremely professional and we could not be more pleased with the results.

Derek was the first person we called based on his reviews here, and that same evening he was able to drive out to our remote place and quote us for the work. We scheduled the work some time later, and he and his apprentice came today and made our place safe, repaired everything we asked him about, and installed new outlets for our fridge and dishwasher in record time....He also gave us options as they were working so we could choose what would work for us in terms of the location and function of new outlets....Derek really knows what he's talking about, he's pleasant, courteous, and funny! Also a great and honest price that worked for us. Will be calling him back when we're ready for a GENERAC!

Had Derek come for a quote to install all the electrical in our unfinished basement. He finished the job quickly and cleanly. I choose Derek as he offered his opinion and layout of potlights and switches. I would call Derek again for any electrical I needed done in the future.
