Went there when I was totally disappointed from elsewhere, this centre helped me alot in securing employment. The Employment Counsellor Vera and JD Emily did great job and now I am working full-time in my own field. I will definitely refer every newcomers to Canada with a good education bacjground from back home should meet them in person and they will guide and equip you with every ingredients which is necessary to land a job in this competitive job market.For me it was an eye opener as they really gave me the actual insight of job market compare to others as I have tested almost all community centres in the region.

In life there isn't a straight path. We may face different kinds of adversities but if we remain faithful and hopeful, we are able to fight back. It does not only need an optimistic attitude but resources and the right people to support you. I found those here. I am grateful that Canada has employment programs like these but I am extremely appreciative for the hard work and dedication that Sanjay put in to help me. I was confused on how to bounce back, but he guided me, from my job search to construction of effective resume and cover letter. He made sure that my needs are met for me to become qualified for the job market. He is generous with his time and effort. One may misunderstand his truthful and upfront assessment, but his sincere and genuine willingness to help is remarkable. He is an honest coach, which requires you to be honest as well to find the job that you truly wanted and desired. I am grateful that I came here. I found that job. To all job seekers out there don't give up, or get disappointed. It takes persistence, tenacity and resilience. They do understand how difficult your situation is, they are willing to help but success will definitely depend on how you respond to your situation. Trust the process. Trust God.

Aggressive and unhelpful CS that does not educate people unless they register. Maybe because of management. But they refuse to help unless you register. They gave misinformation to come in, but when we arrived - it was only registeration. Such a waste of time. Come on, think about others and be honest. People should give other community agencies a call, they are very helpful and genuinely wanting to assist you. This would also be my advice to management.

Very unprofessional staff,the Asian girl talk to adults as if she's talking to her child ,very rude.

No one ever answers the phone ever and never a reply back when you leave messages ans send emails. Something is up with this place.
