Park Boulevard (by Concord Pacific)

Building staff are very kind and answer to their best abilities. Even if it does take a while sometimes.

Considering this place? here are something I've noticed.1. no handicap push buttons for parking and trash room. (have to get through two doors, only one of them is equipped with the push button.)2. Noise from SkyTrains affecting Southwest facing units. (especially from the railroad switching section)3. Southeastern units have the best view.4. no cellphone signal from p2-p45. 1 min to the SkyTrain station. 45mins to downtown Vancouver.6. 3 elevators are not enough, especially when 1 of them is reserved for moving. Other than that, elevators get issues and out of service quite often.7. it's a condo.. there will be many fire alarms.

Pretty safe and well-maintained building. There were some issues here and there but a lot of them have been addressed. 7/24 concierge service is very nice and plenty of visitor parkings.

The swimming pool has opened since May 2022. The hot tub is really hot. There is net provided in the badminton court too. I really enjoy the wonderful amenities in this building. The service of concierge is good too. The only thing I don’t like is that there are only 3 elevators. If someone books the elevator for moving or maintenance, the waiting time for elevators would be long. The location is the best.1 min to King Geroge station. Everything (Save-On,TD bank,T&T,Shoppers,Walmart,Best Buy) is in walking distance.

Amenities are great in the building. It includes swimming pool, hot pool spa, sauna, steam room, badminton, gym, snooker, office room, etc. Appliances provided are great. Staff is courteous and super helpful. Skytrain station is just besides the building and Walmart/save on foods is at walking distance.

This place is amazing, so high tech! This is what a year 2022 building should be.Also area is great! everything walking distance.

There is no way to buy or rent additional parking Spaces. Your friends and family can't even come over to your apartment because they don't allow guests to park in visitor parking for more than two nights. If parked over time will be towed. I don't understand. Since you can't park there, what do you set up visitor parking for? Why can't we park? I really don't understand. （This is the first time I've ever written a review on Google Map. Because I was really, really angry, and I couldn't understand their management system.）Btw, Since we moved in in January, there has been a bathroom door that could not be closed due to size problems. They promised to repair it, but it has been half a year, and there has been no reply.

Please don't stay here. The building doesn't have any emergency services and you have to take care of it on your own. The building manager is very non responsive and the management and strata are non existent.

If anyone is looking to rent here and looking for a swimming pool, don't listen to the real state agent and get fooled. I have been renting here 5 months now and the SWIMMING POOL has not yet open. I'd also have a den in my rent and you guys know what? It doesn't have a light bulb when it suppose to have one, I talked to the concierge, real estate agency, and they will help me out with that. And guess what? After 4 months they made an appointment and came up knocking on my door and saying they are out of stock and looking to wait for another time. Really ridiculous. So be aware everyone. Don't expect what you want right away when issues are around in this condo.

Least favourite building in king george too many of security locks for delivery and to go up the elevator. Kept going up and down wasted ample of time in the evening rush hours! If you ask the concierge they are rude and no respect whatsoever!!
