Fresh Burger

Excellent food and over the top excellent service. A++. Definitely coming here again. I have a family of 6 including small children and these folks went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I'm glad to see that politeness and good manners are still in style :)

Raj and the Fresh Burger team never disappoint. Great ingredients, amazing flavors and good value for the money. The staff are always friendly and my rewards card fills up fast with frequent visits. Gets my vote for the best burgers and fries!

Let me just say, 'Fresh Burger' really hit that fresh burger craving of mine. I got their early with a friend (didn't realize that they weren't open loll) and the workers took great care of me. I just got the first burger I saw on the menu, and bought it without hesitation. The burger was so fresh, that they physically put raw meet on the grill. The price of the burger was absolutely reasonable considering how fresh and delicious it was, and the amount of product was perfect. Not too much, and not too little, the perfect amount. I enjoyed the burger, and the experience it brought me. Will definitely be coming back with friends, and family!!

We have been eating at Fresh Burger in Newmarket often for about a year now. The food is always excellent.The burgers are delicious, properly cooked, fresh “smashed” ground beef and very tasty. The bun is light and soft and perfectly sized for the burger.The fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside like fries should be. I read a review somewhere about the fries being “hard” and the person felt they would break a tooth. This is the furthest thing from the truth. That review likely came from someone who prefers the disgusting, mushy fries from Hero burger. The fries are also seasoned with the perfect amount of salt. They are among the best fast food fries anywhere. The gravy is among the best flavoured I have ever had which also makes for excellent poutine with proper cheese curds.I have eaten at several Fresh Burger locations and the Newmarket location is the best by far. It is always very clean, the staff are friendly and professional and the food is perfectly cooked. The manager Raj is a breath of fresh air in the fast food industry. He always brings the food to our table, takes the time to come over and ask if everything is good and he is genuinely happy to see us when we come in. Raj runs a very tight ship! He makes sure that the entire experience at Fresh Burger in Newmarket is always great.I am heaping praise on Fresh Burger Newmarket as it is the best location I have tried so far. We had an unfortunate experience at the Mississauga location earlier this year. The restaurant was a mess. Granted, it was very busy so I chalked it up to the staff being too busy cooking to get out and clean up. Unfortunately they didn’t even get it right with the cooking as the burgers were not cooked through which gave all of us upset tummies that night. I have also eaten at the Richmond Hill location and found that the restaurant was clean and the staff were great but they didn’t season the food well so everything was somewhat bland compare to Newmarket.

Ive been here before but it’s my first time meeting Raj. His customer service was excellent. Not overbearing, connected with me very casually. I had ordered two double fresh burgers (just the burgers) for myself. He walked my order over to me as I was sitting, snuck in a free order of fries and even a soda. That small gesture won’t go unnoticed. We chatted a little and I’ll definitely be coming back. Consistent burgers and great service.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived around 12:45pm on a Saturday (long weekend). The man that took our order at the till was not interested in welcoming new customers & basically grunted out any answers to our questions. There is no kid size menu FYI for anyone wondering. A father & daughter came in after us but that was it. The fries were hard and had no flavor so don't order those. The burger itself was pretty good. When we went to pick a table to sit down, they were ALL DIRTY. There were two people working when we arrived and no customers. Not one table was clean and the drink machine area & ketchup dispensing area was also dirty. What have you been doing all morning? CLEAN YOUR RESTAURANT!

Burger was excellent. Executed right. Fries on the other hand. I’m not sure why everyone is saying their fries are amazing. The fries I had are over cooked, hard as a rock. I could probably chip my teeth trying to eat this fry chip. They are more like chips compared to fries. This is my 2nd time and I was hoping for better fries but again hard and super crispy. No centre. It’s like your eating a chip. Don’t let these reviews fool you. They aren’t good fries at all and I know good food. I’m a foodie. Definitely not cooked like fries should be cooked.

I was greeted by Raj when I arrived, and he was so helpful in my choice making. He had exceptional customer service and treated me as if I was part of his family with only that small interaction. The burger was outstanding along with the fries! The caramelized onions are the BEST I’ve ever had and were incredibly flavourful. I absolutely can’t wait to go back as I’m constantly craving this delicious meal!
