Forest Heights Library
The library looks old and is quiet small in comparison to the ones in the Peel region.Not much of book options for little ones .The kids space is so tiny .Staff are polite but not so friendly .The box of toys which they offer to little kids is a good addition but the state of those toys are poor.Not sure if I would be returning to this library .Am new around so will try to find another library to take my toddler .

The library staff and Forest Heights Library are extremely helpful and friendly, more than willing to assist you. The facility and resources available are also very nice. What isn't nice is the proximity to high school students during the day. They are loud and cough all the time. And although that cannot be helped, it is perhaps best to come here after school hours.

The library has a good selection of resources and is a good place to get some work done or study. Most of the staff is fantastic, though I found a few of them to be quite rude. I do not appreciate being talked down to like a child. Would recommend otherwise.

My favorite place to spend Saturday afternoon. The library has a kids play area and a big screen to play games/puzzles. The librarians are so welcoming and cheerful.

I love everything about the KPL. This branch is small, but the staff are friendly and helpful and you can order any books you want for pickup here. Such a great place in our community!!

Lots of parking. All protocols in place. Friendly and helpful staff. I put an item on hold and was told it would be 3 days to receive but it took only 1 day. I was called and advised it had arrived and I could pick it up. Great service.

We love coming to this location.Lot's of parking and very easy access to the library. Staff is always helpful and cheerful!Happy Canada 150th Birthday averyone!!!!

Staff were very helpful & curtious on the phone when I called, and then again when I arrived shortly after. Anytime I need their assistance they are truly amazing. Definitely my go-to place when needed.

Great place to focus and learn.Library has been maintained really well.Strictly following all Covid related protocols.The staff is very helping and very quick to answer or resolve any issues.
