I work for a local health authority and called TNT for help. I was completely new to the process and Tom was patient and answered all my questions. I used TNT in March 2021 and couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service. I sent the service documents from Vancouver to Duncan via Fed-Ex and watched as Fed-Ex sent them to Kelowna, then Calgary and onward. Teri at TNT was really helpful through the Fed-Ex debacle and went above and beyond to help get the documents re-printed and served on time. I was also really impressed with her efforts to track the recipient down. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough positive things about TNT. I live in America and needed legal documents to be served asap before a court hearing within a very short time frame. I was in an emotional state and panicked. Teri was not only professional, informative and thorough but also kind, understanding and extremely supportive. She worked with me to get the documents served ahead of schedule and all necessary proof returned to me. When I had to ask them to serve a second set of documents just 10 days later, she did not hesitate and managed to get them served almost immediately, giving me peace of mind. Of course, the individual actually doing the physical serving did an amazing job, as well. He is expedient, efficient, and courteous - necessary qualities when dealing with possibly resistant and elusive individuals. I was in a tenuous and scary situation, and the TNT team alleviated much of my stress. I truly hope I never need this type of service again, but if I do I would not think of using any other company. The defendant provided a fake living address which caused great difficulty in locating him. Fortunately, Teri and Tom used their skills and determination, and served my documents to the defendant. I've used TNT twice now, and I highly recommend their services. Very responsive, and very professional, not to mention very flexible with schedule changes. I had a very short timeline to have my documents served and they were able to accommodate my schedule, even when I had my own processing delays at the registry. I hope I don't need to deliver any more legal documents for a long time, but if I do, I wouldn't think twice about returning back to TNT.
