I previously didn’t have the best experience and spoke with the manager at the time. I came back today for take out and what a different experience!The spicy peanut noodle box had a great sauce with enough of it for the amount of noodles, the veg were crispy and the chicken was cooked perfectly.Worth a try for sure

By far the best take out noodle joint in town… I end up changing my four-star to five star after my last visit, if you’re going to go to a noodle box go to this one if you’re able to. The flavour is beyond expectations and when you order here you’ll get exactly what you want… Other noodle boxes sometimes take a very long time, and the food is lacking and paste at times… But at this noodle box you get exactly what you want. Friendly staff, easy order in and take out service, portions are gigantic and will usually last two meals. Worth it’s weight in dollars

We regularly have Noodlebox, usually at the other locations, but we have had a few recent meals at the Shelbourne location and they have by far been the best as far as food quality. When we asked for extra sauce in our order, we actually got it and it made the dish perfectly saucy and delicious. Recently, we dined in and the service was amazing. The staff member even looked through all the glasses to make sure we got one that was the cleanest. He also came over and double-checked a dietary requirement. 5 out of 5!

The food was very good, portions generous.The service was outstanding. We had two different sets of dietary restrictions in our group, and Sarah not only understood the order and made sure it was right, she clearly labelled the take-out bags, and even put the food in them thoughtfully to minimize any chance of cross-contamination. Service like that makes a customer feel special.

My family visited recently, I had a Cambodian jungle curry which was recommended to us and was very good. I'll definitely be having this again. We didn't get her name, but there was a short blonde girl and another taller girl that helped us were great and gave us many good recommendations

My family got dinner here last night- what a great experience! The fried rice dish and the black bean teriyaki were so delicious with great portion sizes. Just finished mine tonight as leftovers. To top off the great food, the two girls working were sweet, pleasant, and made us feel very welcome. We've been to other noodleboxes in Victoria, but after visiting here for the first time we are definitely switching to eating at this one.

Ordered take out for pick up. 1 Cambodian Jungle Curry and 1 Pad Thai with extra sauce! Ordered the recommended noodle choices for both.Both dishes were dry, lack sauce and flavour. When I called Noodle box to ask for a way to fix, I was informed that because we chose Rice Noodle (the recommended noodle) all the sauce gets soaked up. also, the fact that we ordered extra sauce and the pad Thai was STILL dry, didn't helpAll that was offered was a $5.00 credit.Really unimpressed.

The food is always as expected, but what really stands out to me is this one young lady working the counter at the Shelbourne location. She is very pleasant, she always puts out a positive vibe, and even though I always pick up my order to go, and am in for a very brief amount of time, if she is working, everytime she always does something above and beyond to make the customers happy and it catches my attention. Brightens my day to see that. I appreciate people like her!
