The atmosphere is inviting and lively. Idlis are delicious, and masaala dosa was our favorite. Will visit again to try some of the other items.

We went to idli street on a weekday and it was not that busy. We ordered sambar idli, cheese burst dosa and pineapple kesari. Samber was a little spicy, just the way we liked. I was planning to order idli65 but as it was over, we ordered sambar idli. But sambar idli just blows us both. Definitely recommended if you have a spicy palate and wait for dosa review. Believe it or not, it was the best dosa we had in the entire GTA region. This place has an endless menu for everyone(veg and non veg). We have to visit a few more times to taste the other options for sure. If you are a foodie please do visit this place. Enjoy!

Not a great place to be, if u r looking for quality service and food. The place has great ambience, cozy seating. Thats it. Rest all is a downhill trip. They use QR code based digital menu but QR codes are torn or not readable. Friday evening was not too busy still took 18 mins for a server to attend me. Food itself took almost 30 min to arrive. Very slow service and frustrating too. Staff was short and was overwhelmed as well. Not to blame them. But seems cost cutting by the owner. Quality of food is average. Nothing special, i would say even below average. Wont recommend at all

We had gobi 65, peri peri idli (more tangy than spicy), ghee dosa, pav bhaji dosa (was tasty but did not have pav bhaji flavor), kerala paratha( do not recommend) and paneer masala

Idli street is an authentic South Indian cuisine in Brampton, having a Very decent interior, Friendly staf serving South Indian varieties with perfectly blended spices! Chutney’s selection is also good and sambar is worth trying. Very good choice of dishes in menu and recommended to visit this place if you are craving to have South Indian food.

South Indian food for anyone without tastebuds.Lemon rice had no lemon or flavor. The Masala vada was really dry without any ginger or spices, Mirchi bajji had so much batter all you taste is dough. Idli was stretchy instead of fluffy. Rava Dosa was too thick and stretchy. Last but not least- the chutneys were frozen coconut and ground up tomato with sprinkles of mustard seeds. Not fresh or flavored.Save yourself friends. You've been warned.

December 2022 5*Visited the place on Christmas Day as we are looking for some quick options. The place was not very busy so it was easy to find seating. Staff is very nice and quick to prepare food.Here is the food list:- Dahi Vada *****- Idli 65 *****- Jini Dosa *****- Chocolate Dosa *****- Ghee Dosa *****Ambience is nice as the place is new. There is washroom for both gender and for people with special needs. The place is fully accessible.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience from the time I walked in.- No one greeted me- No menu or service for 15 minsI almost got up and left since it wasn’t a great experience from the start. I stayed back determined to give the place a shot. Coffee arrived with the other dishes even after requesting for it to be served first; and after sipping, there was no sugar; no sugar was provided either.The Idili wasn’t like you would expect; fluffy; instead it was too dense barely absorbing the sambar. The Vada was similar. Sambar on the other hand was very good! I loved the heat level and the taste. Sadly, this is not my go-to South Indian restaurant. Willing to give it a chance if the hospitality changes.

My first visit couple of months back was awesome but this time I don’t know what changed but the food sucked. I ordered an uttapam and it had hair in it, they gladly replaced it. I ordered two non spicy masala uttapam for kids. This is what i got .. green chilli shining on top of them.. photo attached. Besides the uttapam didn’t seem to have fully cooked either. Wastage of money!
