EXCELLENT experience with Minit-Tune in Maple Ridge!! I called from out of province to arrange a pre-purchase inspection. Dustin responded to several emails to answer all of my questions about the car. While on the phone, it was clear that it is a busy shop but Dustin gave me his full attention and I did not feel rushed. He even confirmed my impressions of the dealer (who was awesome!). Straight talk, attention to detail, and great communication. Highly recommend!

I just went here yesterday, and I had expected my car would be a few days, but they finished it in a few hours, and the service was amazing. Great people! They thoroughly explained everything in layman's terms (which for me is a blessing as i do not understand cars). This place is the best of the best in Maple Ridge.

This is my first time to visit this shop . I went for oil change. They change the oil. But the problem is before i leave my car there was't noice in front wheels. was running smooth . But after leave with them to change oil .after i come back to pick up the car what i found there are noice coming from front 2 wheel . I called them next day they want me to come back . I went there again .and they have answer for me its barring noice .u have to replce it so they can earn some extra money from this car . I do not recomand to get servise from this shop. They do something in your car u have to come back to out your money there . So disapoint . I'll not go there again and i suggested to other find trustable person rather then these guys .

These guys are great! I scheduled an appointment for a break wellness check and they were fast, friendly and fair priced. They have won my future business with a single visit.A+

Too busy???. Used to be a solid garage. Nothing but great service in the past. This time…meh. essentially told me they had zero time to help me out despite having made an appointment 3 days earlier. Had to collect my truck 3 days later with ZERO work done, On top they were not shy in dinging me $164cad for “diagnosing” 2 issues I had discussed with them in detail earlier. Disappointed? You bet. oh btw the total cost for my truck being fixed elsewhere: $572 all inclusive.

I really loved the service here. I’m a young girl who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars and they walked me through everything in very easy to understand terms. Instead of just telling me what was wrong they sent pictures and described to me in person using the actual parts from my car so I could understand. In the 5 years I’ve had a car, this is the first time that I’ve ever felt respected and fairly treated by a repair shop.

Great place. My family and I have been going there for years now and we can all agree that is the most reliable place to take your car. Good and, professional advice from the people. We recommended to everyone as we believe it is a trustworthy place. Plus, they have a cute dog who is always excited to meet the costumers.
