The most fantastic mobile detailing service that I have chose!!! The staff are very nice. MY CAR LOOKS BRAIND NEW NOW! They also has the tire change service. It is much more convenience for me. I love the service and I will choose them again!

I booked a luxury detailing and the service was fantastic! I hadn’t washed my car for almost 6 months and they did make my Beatle shined again! It costed me $80 and I got to say it was fair.By the way I just don’t understand why some of the reviews said that the company didn’t exist because it was not at the address. IT IS A MOBILE SERVICE COMPANY! Have you ever heard about Uber? :) It comes to your place wherever you are and that is the whole point of them. They save you the time!And I actually did ask their customer service lady about the address showed on Google. She said that google required for an address so they just put on the registered address. Do not go there! Just book a service online and enjoy it!

I always go months at a time before washing my car, mainly because I don't have time to take it to conventional car wash places. Wayne, and the WashUp team took care of that, and came down to my place for one of the most thorough detailing jobs I've seen. Highly recommended, and with the convenience, I'll def be calling them again.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I booked an appointment online, and received a confirmation for Saturday at 1pm and they never showed up- not at 1pm, not at all that entire day. I called, emailed, called, and there was no answer! they never picked up the phone and I sat around and waited for them all day. the worst customer service. after I emailed them a second time for the no show, they called me 2-3 days later telling me no one worked Saturday and they are sorry they missed the appointment and would reschedule. I asked them to come back during the week and they confirmed yet another appointment. when i emailed them day of to confirm (so i didnt run through the same issue with them) they proceeded to tell me that they couldnt come that afternoon after all. Again this company didnt come detail my car. I booked a THIRD appointment with them (8 days after my original appointment) and they told me AGAIN that the time and date i booked for the THIRD time wouldnt work. I asked for a refund because this is RIDICULOUS! HOW DO YOU RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS?!?!?! and I am still waiting for my refund.. they dont respond to emails or chats on their website, and wont give me my refund back! NEVER EVER go to this place!!! I have never written a bad review like this in my life! I cant believe this place! ***** Edit: I eventually received my refund****

One guy came out to my house for an interior/exterior cleaning. Very convenient, hence the two stars. I cleaned my own car two weeks prior and did a better job than he did. Lack of vacuuming equipment to get into tight spots. Washing of windows, doors, radio panel, etc. were left streaky, I had to wipe them down myself. Tires were cleaned but the rims and hubcaps looked untouched. One bright point was an attempt to clean the salt from my driver side carpet...he got some of it up, but not all. I would not recommend, and I would definitely spend the extra dollars next time for someone to do it right.

The convenience of this service is INCREDIBLE! After communicating a date and time, all I had to do was leave my key in a prearranged location in my condo parking garage, simple as that. I got home from work and went down to see my car and they were just finishing up. SPOTLESS! I got the Luxury Detailing" package with interior and exterior cleaning and I am not disappointed. Highly recommended!!"
