Absolutely LOVE being a part of this studio!Victoria has the most amazing yoga classes! Her energy is calming, supportive and encouraging.Kass has amazing playlists for her yoga classes and has a ton of knowledge when it comes to human anatomy. Such a kind soul and love flowing with her.Misty’s barre classes are seriously kick Buddha butt! She’s always challenging us in the best way and keeps us laughing along the way.Amber has amazing energy in her Ashtanga classes! It is super fun to practice with her.Love all the instructors! You vs You is a vibeeeee!

Such warm and welcoming yet classy and luxe facility. The staff are so friendly, supportive, and inviting and it has so many convenient amenities like clean showers, towels, etc for after workouts!

Love love love! This studio has spin, yoga, boot camps, full body conditioning classes, retail, smoothies, what’s not to love! I go here 3-5x a week and absolutely love the positivity the staff and instructors portray!

Amazing studio and staff. So welcoming, professional, kind and caring. Safe space to practice, learn and grow. Could not recommend this studio and the staff there more! Not only is You Vs You studio the place for fitness, but it is also the embodiment of “Peace of Mind.” The yoga classes are warm and quiet where you can hear you inner voice and hone in on mental and physical healing. The instructors are awesome and they actually care about making you a stronger person both inside and out. I have tried other studios which are cold, loud and uninviting. At You Vs You, the atmosphere is conducive to personal growth and obtaining a greater degree of strength and flexibility. I highly recommend this studio to everyone!

Such a great community! I love all the staff and their positivity and supportive personalities! I love the Canadian and women own retail brands too! The vibes are holistic health and earthy with the plants! Which really make us feel like a safe and comfortable space!
