Friendly staff . Nice interior but One of the best things was that they have got a kids section with toys. Really thoughtful of them for the parents likewise so that both children and parents can have a wonderful time . I have not seen many Tim hortans with kids section.

Their hours are remaining the same during the 30 day lockdown starting end of November 2020 from 6am-10pm, 7 days a week.Just to let everyone know too that I’ve always received excellent service and quality of food and drinks from this location.Thanks and keep up the work!!! :)P.S. Their washrooms are fully accessible including the disability washrooms too.

Had half a Timbit, probably shouldn't have. It's a good thing kids don't have count calories. Service was good, kind and informative. Store is well located on Avenue road.

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. I had a very bad experience today. I used to go there a lot, even during Covid. The staff were friendly. Today I ordered a lemonade and got asked which kind. Nobody asked me before and I always got the one my son wanted. I asked the difference and ordered one. When I was given the lemonade, I realized it was the wrong one. I asked whether I can replace it with the other one. A new lady I have never seen before said i have to pay again very rudely. Her attitude was not very pleasant. Then she said you should have done this ..you should have done that. She mentioned she is the new manager. I asked her name. She said Menisha or something like that. I asked her to write it down as it is not a common name . She said no firmly and asked whether I wanted to complain in a very hostile manner. I left with the wrong lemonade, thinking who would want to come to this store with such a rude and hostile manager!

I ordered hazelnut cold brew large and I came back to the store because it tasted like ice coffee. The lady didn't even bother to apologize and she told me I have to pay again for a drink $5.00. The fact that she rolled her eyes and didn't even make eye contact is bad service. I come here every morning before going to work. I end up throwing my drink it doesn't even have a hazelnut and espresso foam.

I’ve been to numerous Timmies across the country but this one stood out! The staff here are so polite and friendly. Also their baked goods look & taste better compared to other locations. You can tell that these employees truly care!
