My partner and I were on the hunt for pillows and when deciding which Sleep Country to visit in St Catharines, I read the reviews and kept seeing all the rave reviews about a man named Doug at this location, so the decision was easy. When we arrived, we met Doug- the man, the legend!- and he was amazing! He gave us a selection of pillows to try and kept making sure to check in on how we were doing as he was helping all the customers in the store by himself (like a boss!). After his fantastic service we came back a week later to see if the mattress we had fallen in love with had gone on sale and Doug did everything in his power to get us the best deal on our new bed! I am happy to report that we have been having the BEST sleep with our new mattress and pillows and I can't thank Doug and Sleep Country enough for making that happen! :D

We walked into the Sleep Country store on Lake Street in St. Catherines and was greeting prompted by the most friendly guy around, Doug Tindall. He spend time with us, educating us on mattress types and aided us on making a gooddecision on the correct mattress for our needs. Thanks Doug!I would give my review a 5 star but it was just delivered Saturday. So far, so good, with the 100 night trial I am rest assured that if I don’t think it’s right for me I can return it. Extremely spacious, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, informed, and not pushy at all. I was there buying a new pillow - he gave me the right options, told me where I can patiently try them out, and didn't hover when I was taking my time. Solid experience.

The tempurpaedic adjustable bed is incredable. Lives up to reputation for excellence. I had outstanding customer support from sales folk Karen and Doug. They went well beyond anything I had previously experienced from sales personnel. Extremely satisfied.

Gave the worker there an exact pillow request. He showed me the demo then sold me a completely different pillow passing it off as the demo pillow.Workers here are a scam. Pillow was $200 too which was way to expensive for it to not even be the right pillow. Dont shop here.

Doug at St. Catharines store was very helpful I had an issue with my bed since day one brought it too his attention much later due too health reasons and with the extended warranty and his exceptional help got me what I needed. The squeak resolved and the bed I wanted in the long run. Thanks Doug! I even remembered your name this time.

I shopped online first to choose between an Endy & Casper. We heard Sleep Country now had competing product. So we went to try before we buy. We were greeted by a cheerful guy. He was a sales pro - helpful..not salesy. I bought a mattress in a box for a guest room. It took 15 min to choose. A queen fit in my car. He helped load it in. It was effortless. Walked out a happy customer. There is a guarantee on the product. And they do offer delivery.

I have had this mattress for about 5-weeks. The transaction rates at a definite 5 stars. I am a female, senior and see this mattress from that perspective. It is comfortable and better than the one I exchanged. However, I do awake most mornings with a stiff and achy back. I would recommend this mattress.
