Jolly Jumper
I just want to take a minute to explain how much I appreciate Jolly Jumpers customer service team. I bought a car seat cover not even a month ago and the zipper on one side ended up just breaking. I am one who normally doesn't say anything but I decided to write an email because the product should have lasted far longer and I am used to the great quality Jolly Jumper offers. After not even 24 hours, they responded and said they are mailing me out a replacement.I feel like it should be shared how much they do care about their customers and I am extremely grateful for their assistance. With four kids, and ten years of purchasing products from them, I will happily state I will be continuing to buy their products in the future!Thank you Jolly Jumper team! This is what AMAZING customer service looks like!
