For the most part I love being with koodo, until today. I recently upgraded my phone, about 4 months ago. I broke the phone and called to make a claim with the protection plan that I pay 9$ a month for. I was told when I upgraded, the protection plan was never transferred to new device, meaning I've been paying the 9 dollar protection plan fee for a phone that I no longer have. Now on a 5 day wait to see if they can switch the coverage to new phone if that makes any sense. Plans are great, signal is great, too bad customer service turned out to be such at down

Just switched over to Koodo, and was amazed by the rates and customer service. Ray hooked me up with a fantastic phone plan and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks again for the great service :)

1 star is unfortunately the minimum that can be given and speaks way too highly of this place. Staff is fresh, ridiculously rude and displays a loud indifference for the satisfaction of a loyal customer. I will be canceling my current plan and take my business elsewhere and warn as many people as I can along the way.

I came here to get the Pixel 2 XL; the staff member was very helpful and explained to me exactly what I was paying for. And I just love my new phone!! Way better than the LG G4 I had before.

Friendly & Fast.Only thing I would say is the phone I wanted had to get from store & not online . Went to store and they didn’t have it & needed to be shipped out. Not sure why we couldn’t get order online. We live an hour away. But that’s Koodo not the girls in the stores fault.

The service at the store was good, I've been with Koodo for several years but Great d help you out f something goes wrong with your phone or your billing. You have to wait until the next day to speak with someone who doesn't have knowledge f the language or the product. two one-hour phone calls later on different days , I skied for a supervisor, was put on hold which hung up on me after two minutes. Called the store where I bought the phone and have to wait for a call back tomorrow.

I will never EVER return to this place. Val in particular is a remorseless liar and I missed a job opportunity yesterday because of her BS and the hours it cost me. All I wanted was a new SIM in an old phone. She first told me I could activate one online (because my account is in someone else's name. Ok fair enough except...) when I said I already tried that she immediately said that's correct
