Totally unbelievable service.Cole who looked after us was outstanding,very knowledgable and very helpful. There was nothing he couldn't answer. Highly recommend Serenity Funeral Service in Leduc,AB.Once again thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our Mom. We felt comforted immediately after calling and speaking with Cole from Serenity in Leduc. Cole was there to help us navigate through the whole process. Not having gone through the planning stages before, we asked a lot questions and all were answered; if not by Cole, then by another staff member. We felt very taken care of during our time of grief, and we would highly recommend Serenity in Leduc for your funeral service.

At a very emotional time. this was the calm place in a storm. No hype, high pressure, or stress. You provided the needed service with guidance and integrity. I would recommend you to anyone looking for these services.

Great place to watch a funeral, terrible if you want to actually listen to one.Thanks for getting back to me when I wrote you an email. I guess, you don't listen to people who want to listen to the funeral or have a valid complaint. You made a bad situation worse.This funeral home had 12 months of the pandemic and at least 6 months of reduced crowd attendance where the majority of people could only watch online, and it appears you didn't prepare or care.I would not recommend their services unless you don't want friends and family to hear the funeral. Then go for it, they were good at that.

I wanted to have my Dads urn opened and was not able to do it on my own. Cole was so helpful and not only opened it but also transferred some into a scatter tube for me. I truly appreciated his help and kindness!

I have worked with Serenity Funeral Homes for 2 services for family members. They are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Cole and Destiney are both kind, empathetic, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Working with them made the experience as easy as it could have been. I felt in good hands throughout the entire process.I 100% recommend this place should you ever require funeral services.I hope I do not need to plan another service anytime soon, but if and when I do, I will definitely retain Serenity Funeral Services again! 10/10! <3

It's not the type of place you want to recommend, but Serenity Funeral Home and all it's staff were amazing before, during and after my time of need.I dealt mainly with Cole These who definitely knows his business. Don't worry about thinking of what questions you'll need to ask as Cole has all your bases covered. I met with Cole before the passing and arranged what we could then. I was dealing with ignorant family members and Cole assured me that if anyone was to step out of line that our peacefulness was his main concern and that he would deal with it right away. On the day of the funeral my family was taken great care of and everything went smoothly.I can not recommend their services highly enough.

The staff do their best to help you through your loss. Great people supporting you at a difficult time.
