Aquaphobia Foundation Repair & Crack Injections

Jon had twice patched the cracks in my basement with the epoxy compound, but unfortunately that did not fix the leak. I don't believe the epoxy was the solution in the first place, but Jon assured me that it will fix the issue. Previous repair by another company involved injection in the cracks which fixed the problem for about 8 years. When I approached Jon for the third time, he suggested to get an inside weeping system out dig it from the outside a service that he does not offer which I would have done in the first place if he hasn't assured me that his system would work. Lifetime warranty has no value if you can't provide the service you promise.

Our home had two vertical cracks in the foundation wall. We had wide-ranging opinions from several companies on how they should be repaired. We chose Jon and his team because his solution was the most sensible. Jon was patient throughout the discussion, and very professional while performing the work. Jon was really great to deal with! He was responsive and punctual. He came to inspect and assess the suspected crack within a day and by the following week, it was all done and sealed from the inside and the outside!

John was very professional and explained all the steps needed to get the leak fixed. John and Rob did an exceptional job at filling the crack and maintaining the cut drywall to reuse. They were friendly and showed up within 2 days of calling. I was pleased with the services and am so happy I looked at the reviews.

The quotes were honoured even though he did a bit more for me including measuring and checking for window well covers.
