Earnest Ice Cream | Fraser St

Earnest has the best ice cream across the lower mainland imo. They release new flavours every month for a limited time. I tried their new monthly flavour lemon tart and it did not disappoint!

Great place to have ice cream with excellent customer service. Parking is challenging as street parking is limited but you can try to find parking in nearby streets. Seating area inside is in need to extra space , so it’s perfect for takeout options. Variety of flavours makes you choose different flavours each visit and all are tasty. Prices a little up but you will like the place.

I've been to the location on Quebec St a few times, but recently visited this Fraser St location for the first time. It was a Wednesday night and pretty busy, but the seating area is pretty large so there were still a few spots available (although I ended up taking mine to go). The interior is minimally decorated but cozy.They carry a wide selection of scoop flavours, 4 of which are vegan. I sampled the Irish Cream ice cream and Lavender Shortbread and ended up going with a cone of the shortbread because I wanted something with a little texture, but the deep flavour of the Irish cream was amazing, making it hard to choose. But the lavender shortbread was very nice too - the lavender was very strong, and when I imagined this flavour I was worried that the shortbread might be too crunchy or dry, but it was a really good shortbread that tasted fresh (or as fresh as shortbread could be after being incorporated into ice cream).While Earnest is not my absolute #1 ice cream shop in Vancouver, I do really appreciate how strong and authentic all of their flavours are, and the quality of the ice cream is excellent - very creamy. I can only say that it's not my favourite because Vancouver's ice cream game is just insane - I still love this ice cream! Prices are fair and the customer service is always great.

This place is always a zoo and I wish they had a better line system because it can get out if hand on a busy day outside.I love the range of flavours on offer and its nice that they offer so many vegan options. My favorite is matcha or early gray but like the special flavours at Christmas as well.I find the normal ice cream much too large so often just order a kids cone instead.

One the best artisan ice cream joints in Metro Vancouver. Option to get ice cream in cone, cup or take home pints to enjoy later on. Vegan options available

Visiting from Los Angeles and this place was so good that I went two days in a row. The employees are all so friendly and nice! Sam really went above and beyond. I'll definitely be a return patron whenever I'm in Vancouver.

Earnest Ice Cream is a delightful treat that truly stands out from the crowd. With a wide range of flavors to choose from, each scoop is a decadent experience for the senses. The ice cream is creamy and smooth.Not much space for seating so I imagine it's crowded when it's busy.Good customer service, especially when there's no line.

This place is great! I love the balance they have to their offerings, both classic and unique flavors. I sampled the vegan orange creamsicle which was good, but samples and got the rhubarb crumble which was outstanding. My friend got the coffee crisp and was very happy with her choice as well.Quality ice cream, good texture to it, not too sweet. Will be coming again for sure.

Classic ice cream place in Vancouver! I get the mint chocolate chip or London Fog here. The cone tastes fresh as well. I find it a little expensive but the ice cream is very creamy. They have limited flavours that don’t change a lot so if you like consistency, it’s a great option! Staff are nice and they have merchandise if you’re into that.
