We were extremely happy with the staging services provided by Wendy Black Interiors! We had 27 showings in 4 days and had 5 offers, all over asking price on the first day we accepted offers. We attribute a large part of our success to the staging. The furniture provided gave our house the elegant touch that it was missing. Working with Wendy was the first time I have ever worked with a stager, and it was an amazing experience. She came to our house and very quickly figured out what needed to be done. I appreciate that she incorporated some of my pieces into the house , and also suggested some of her own pieces and showed me where they were best suited. From the first contact I had with Wendy, I knew she was my top choice. I called other places and they asked me what items I wanted them to provide and then gave me a quote for those exact items. Wendy, however, gave me a ton of advice on what I ought to do and came up with a list of items she could deliver that would really round out the decor, everything from wall art to linens to lamps to figurines. She went above and beyond by arranging a painter for me, selecting my wall colours and new hardwired light fixtures. She has an impeccable eye for colour and detail.
