Place is awesome I love it

I liked it. I got a pair of pants and a Sweater for a couple of dollars. Just about $6.50 or so. Which I don't get too often.

Horrible experance. They recently changed there way of doing things to have ever thing on racks. 90%of my fun was going though the bins and trying to find something in the pile. Now u walk in and out and nothing changes waste of time for a second visit. And I love thrift shopping.sorry but never again.

Super organized and clean... got some great finds and will see be back! Staff was friendly!

Where do I start... oh yeah the front door! My friend and I are not from New Glasgow so we are not familiar with all the used clothing store shopping rules. As we enter the front door an employee immediately tells us we can't bring our purses in the store with us. My friend says oh really because in all our 50 years we were never told we couldn't bring our purses in a store. I was shocked and didn't know quite what to say as the employee proceeds to say and I quote Well it's been that way for 3 years" to which my friend replies we are from out of town. As I'm gathering our purses to put in the car my friend goes to the bathroom after getting the key from the rude sales person. I put our purses in the trunk and go back to get my friend from the store because now my money is locked in my trunk because I don't have pockets..... I go where my money is and there is nothing in this store that is worth the disrespect I felt when walking through the door. This store does not deserve one star but I had to in order to post it!"

Great parking good clothing

This place is classic thrift. They have a set price list for items and it's truly a treasure hunt. Make sure you set aside some time to dig through, you will not be disappointed.

I don't know where this Wanda person is from but leaving purses out is pretty standard in my experience, given the small size and sheer amount of items. Sounds like a snobby old bat to me.LOVE this store. Bins sorted by gender/type(sweater/shirts/pants) that are huuuge piles, SO many dresses. You have to properly dig deep through the bins though!

I used to go to Louis probably 1 or twice a year. Not alot right! Since they make changes, (all cloths on hanger, signs indicate what is hung on the rack, wide isle to get through, clean entry to the store) has been getting me to come back more often. I love Mondays 2 for 1 . Great Job Louis, and his team on the improvements. Ya done good.
