Very inconsistent service. Sometimes the employees are super friendly and helpful, but one particular employee is not.

This Fabutan is excellent. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly; making your experience so much better. There is great parking and very clean. Weather your going on holidays or just want a beautiful tan this is the place to go!

The staff is always so professional and pleasant , the facilities are clean and orderly . I can usually get a last minute drop in appointment for some quick, warmup sunshine minutes ! Makes my day warmer and brighter with vitamin d on board !

They interrogate their customers unlike other locations. They demanded to see what lotion we were using. They even made my wife show her drivers license EVEN THOUGH she has minutes from another Fabutan.

I tried this place out for lash tinting. Super cute aesthetic inside, I love how cozy the lash room is. Kendra did a great job on my lashes, she’s the first person ever to not get any tint in my eyes! I will definitely be back!

I started coming here because I had a coupon for the sunshine session but I’ve had such a great experience that I’ve made it part of my new routine! I let the staff know that this is all very new to me and they walked me through everything. I had a free session coupon so I’m glad I still got the upmost attention. Since then, I have been back 3 more times this week. I really like all of the staff I’ve met and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I visited the salon yesterday and was so impressed at the service I wanted to write a review. When I walked in I immediately noticed how delicious it smelled in the salon and how clean it was. The girl at the desk, I think her name is Diana, she was so nice and friendly and I could tell she knew what she was talking about when I asked a question about a lotion I’ve been using. She took the time to talk with me and I really liked that. After I I was done my tan I noticed she was cleaning the fans in the hallways and also noticed she was working by herself. So much work to do for one person! I’m impressed at the work the evening and weekend girls do. I find the one daytime staff with the glasses very un friendly and there never seems to be a clean towel in my room when I’m able to come during the day.Thank you evening and weekend staff! For always making my day!
