Purchased 2 complete childrens bedroom sets and not even 2 months later they are falling apart. That was after waiting for an extra month for them to be delivered to the store Complete junk and no warranty. The slides on the dressers are just held on by staples. And the slides are thin metal and bent easily. When you buy for less or cheep you sure get what you paid for.

Can you put prices of furniture on your website, like the other furniture stores do. I don't want to ask you for a dozen prices on things.

This is a great place to go. They don't pressure customers and are very accommodating.Yrs ago they helped me out of a bind when other places wouldn't. I recommend this place to anyone. Good people. They have competitive pricing, good stock and selection and as an added bonus the delivery and set up is built in to their price unlike many other places. Check them out.

Great Prices and Selection! Salesman was very friendly..not pushy and very informative.. We looked at 2 Big Box Stores and this place had what we were looking for and in stock! Next Day they delivered for free and set it up for us too which was a bonus! Will definitely be going back in the future!

You sell a quality mattress for $2000. And 6 months later had to sent it for repair . Not refunding money but insisted on buying a higher quality one from your store . Stop ripping people off. Refund the customer who over spent in the first place . Costco sells sealy for cheap

What started off as a simple bed purchase in the Fall turned into a full bedroom reno. Mark, the sales person with whom we primarily dealt, and his team were great. They patiently stored our bed until we were ready to have it delivered in the summer. This is my second bed purchase from The Sleep Shop. I purchased a queen size King Coil from there 14 years ago and continue to use it. I recalled the great service from the same sales person back then, hence our recent upgraded purchase to a King size with Amish built bed frame, also purchased from The Sleep Shop. We purchased the set on a 12 month no interest/no payment plan.

I have been using the sleep shop for a very long time, can't even remember when I started using them! Everyone there is friendly and knows what they are talking about, they will get you the best.Even the delivery guys are great and deserve some amazing credit for what they do.I would recommend the sleep shop over anyone, thank you for helping me find what I need over the years

First off, I want to say that Rob Tunney's review in no way reflects our thoughts on the sleep shop. We were the ones who purchased this mattress in question at the start of 2022 and eventually had to send it back for repairs and unfortunately it didn't work out for us so Marc went way way above and beyond to rectify this issue. He gave us 100% credit on the mattress in question and found us another mattress for an extra 1000.00 but the kicker is, is that he gave us this new mattress at an an incredible discount. His goal is to make sure that the customer is happy and he definitely succeeded in doing so with us. I would highly recommend this place for any of your furniture needs. We had bad luck with our mattress and Marc immediately dealt with it and took care of us and found the right mattress for us. I believe that customer service is paramount for Marc, Andre and company, and that's why I will only ever deal with The Sleep Shop for all my furniture needs. Thank-you to Marc, Andre and company.
