I stop here every morning(only option on way to work). I order the same thing everytime, and everytime it takes at least 10 minutes, often more. And 9/10 times it's wrong and needs to be made again. Incredibly frustrating.

Save yourself 10 minutes of waiting for a coffee and go somewhere elseThis place needs to be more professional and prepared.While I was there a teenager not in uniform was behind the counter making a drink with a little girl maybe four or five years old on her hip.This Tim Hortons is not sanitary the counters are full of coffee.As a new Tim Horton's you are failing do better.

They are having a hard time to do the right sandwich. Asked for a turkey bacon club they didn't put any bacon. Asked for a everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and bacon and forgot the bacon and pretty much just a lick the bagel with cream cheese no butter. Really disappointed.

I ordered a chocolate chill, i got some kind of mocca drink. There was suppose to be cream on top but said they were out of that, they could have at least told me that before i paid and the drink was made. The debit machine was broken, had to pay cash. Also i stepped on garbage while going in and out of the store because the bin was overflowing. Tasted it when i got home and threw it in the trash, what a waste.

Very clean but crazy slow. Waited over 20 minutes for a wrap and just left without bothering to ask for refund. No online orders on screen, maybe 3 drive through customers and still no staff went to bagel bar.Watched another customer order a double double, staff proceeded to take and make an order from an off staff employee right after and then just chat in front of her, the double double customer had to remind staff about the coffee. Not a single staff member had name tags.

Second time in a row that there's no iced coffee. Went yesterday and there was none and now today there isn't any. Not to mention service is rediculous slow. There should be more staff on shift as well because the only three workers in there are running around with their heads cut off

Worse service ever. Went for a drive through, ordered a latte and a cappuccino. I was asked to go wait in the parking lot. After 15min of wait or more I went in side to check why it was taking long, and the employee started to make my drinks without any explanation or apology. They were very dismissive. I have never experienced anything like that before.

Bad employees. Employee cant even come in on time for the store to open. They didnt have timbits as well a couple times. How do you forget to get or make TIM bits at TIM hortons? Better off skiping wendover and going to rockland, but in rockland you will wait in line on the highway.3 months later and the ratio of good order to bad order is still prety bad. You will most likely have a mistake in your order. Just go to rockland.

Beautiful restaurant. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Been there 7 times for an iced cap, only had a decent one 2 times.They make it super dark, even when asking for extra cream it was not good. Another time, I took a sip and it was disgusting! Went back, they told me that they knew it was like that since they had just cleaned the machine, and charged me for an other.It’s very disappointing since we tell the manager the issues and they are telling us that they are doing it right when clearly not.

We stopped to get breakfast to start our trip. I order multiple items. However my London Fog had no vanilla in it. I had to stop at another Tims in Rockland to add the syrup. I am very happy we have a Tims in our community but please make sure you do the order right. Quality is key!!
