I had x-ray done with walk in, Fast service! It’s inside the Bayview Hill medical centre

Very UNPROFESSIONAL facility.i am currently working at OB/GYN office, has requested to mail new requisition forms to our clinic. been waiting more than 6 month, plus even went to the imaging location to get it by myself couples time. and the ridiculous response from the staff is they dont have it can only make copies or our clinic needs to make our own copies to refer patients over.And many of our patients has problem with the appointment even the patient has the requisition written by doctor.very unprofessional staffs. I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

This clinic is amazing. Staff is very friendly and I got in and out with very little wait.The ultrasound technician was very knowledgeable as well as the x-ray tech.Reception was great.Will go back again.

Very impatient ultrasound technician, not sure if it’s the front desk’s issue for over-scheduling, but the technician seemed overwhelmed and the whole appointment felt very rushed (we arrived early for our appointment, and explained what was order by my OB for this test when I booked the appointment). I tried asking technical questions and she straight up just ignored me.I was asked to change in the test room instead of the bathroom because she was trying to save time, and pulled out a cushion from under the bed to put under my bare bum without sanitizing / laying down papers, and yes that cushion went back to its location without sanitizing after that use.When asked if they could print a photo of the ultrasound (30 week BBP and check up), a routine service that all the other ultrasound centre I’ve visited offered for free, they said they didn’t have that service, but we were told that we can buy a CD of the images for $10.

非常糟糕的Baby超音波體驗，檢驗師很沒耐心，每次問她問題都說回去問你的醫生，這裡無發幫baby的超音波拍照和印出來，必須用自己的手機拍，上次檢驗師跟我說儀器聽不到baby的心跳聲，但最近一次做超音波時卻可以聽到如果要來Be prepared!

I highly recommend Bayview Hill. They were very quick and pleasant to deal with!

Best place for imaging. Quick, fast and efficient appointments unlike all other imagining clinics in Toronto. I don't even bother going anywhere else now.

During visits I had the doctor was straight and to the point. Scheduled needed tests.

I am very disappointed and shocked at the horrible customer service and incompetent receptionist working at the clinic. Please be advised before booking with this clinic.
