Pharmasave Wortley Village

I am very happy with W V Pharmasave for over 7 yrs. I moved and still use them. The Pharmacists & staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are SOOO much better than big chain drugstores. They know you by name and always assist well. THANK YOU FOR THE BEST SERVICE. DB

A little late in writing this review- unprofessional and have since changed pharmacies. I went to pick up my prescription (have been there several times prior) and there was an unexpected annual charge with my insurance that i could not afford until pay (it was $20 and I was in a hard spot)-- they recommended i go to the HOMELESS SHELTER to get it there-- will not return here, a tad insulting. It is shame because it is a walk from me but I would rather drive elsewhere.

The staff working the day I went in was extremely rude and uninterested. I had one question about if they carried a product and it was as if I asked them to do something outrageous. The one girl was just standing there using her phone when I came in. I had to get her attention before they even acknowledged me.

I have been using this pharmacy for 4-5 years now and always have good service from the staff, they even have dog treats for my hyperactive puppy when I walk down to pick up a prescription ! I see a a good pharmacy as a staple of the neighbourhood. Having these guys here contributes to the livability of Wortley Village.

Here I sit at 3pm having had the door locked in my face at 258. 2mins is a long time when you need a prescription. Things happen and you sometimes lose track of days and expect your pharmacy to at least honor their store hours

Love pharmasave Wortley for my OTC needs! It's a one stop shop and staff is always so friendly !

I can’t believe my experience. After asking multiple times that I need to know the price before they fill my RX they filled it….again. Unfortunately, I don’t have over 200.00 laying around for antacids. Multiple times I requested not to fill my RXs unless requested because I pay out of pocket and have multiple doctors. The pharmacists are fine; it’s everyone else that are rude, judgemental and unprofessional. The girl behind the counter was the worst, got mad because I’m soft spoken and couldn’t hear me. And told me I was rude when all I did was speak in a higher tone after she told me that she can’t hear me. Literally she stated to me “don’t take your life out on me”. It was hurtful.I wanted to support local smaller business but they’re horrific! I Immediately transferred to a different pharmacy.**I suggest trying an other local pharmacy with compassionate staff.**

More than once, they were unable to tell me if a DAILY RECURRING prescription was ready when I called to check. My doctor said other patients have had the same issue here.I asked the pharmacist about drug interactions, and their response was, I dunno

Love this place Awesome people I have been dealing with them even before Pharmasave I Miss Paul But Dave is is very nice I have had no problem
