What a mess in the fin ministry

Can't budget her way out of a paper bag. Useless budget that only add's more taxes. Minimum wage would have to be 50 an hour to pay for all the tax increases. Worthless, horgan stooge.

I find scapegoating of an industry based purely on the way someone is paid (yes she is PAID TOO) beyond unacceptable. Not seeking the advice of an entire industry before implementing harmful and damaging regulations is beyond ignorant. There is the good the bad and the ugly in EVERY profession and clearly with the government. Judging several thousand citizens, and I might add voters, based on very small percentage of individuals is more than unjust! Statistically the Real Estate industry has among the lowest percentage of complaints per transaction than most other professions. The current inventory crisis is NOT the fault of the professionals working in the industry. Contrary to what the government seems to think, Realtors do not control supply and demand. Further, this market is very hard on buyers AND realtors. Do you not suppose that for every buyer losing out in multiple offers there wasn’t a stressed out realtor running around doing as much due diligence as possible then writing offers only to have to do it all over again dozens of times for the same Client? Do you think realtors enjoy spending hours upon hours of work because 25 offers came to the table? A balanced market makes the most sense for everyone!!! I would further suggest supply is only regulated by government regulations on new builds, land and individual sellers. I will not vote again for a government that is so incapable.
