ADG Forward cant be trusted, their customer service rep lied to us claiming they could repair a particular make and model hoist, they demanded a Credit Card number up front before they came out, they sent a tech who stated that he had no idea how to repair the hoist, they out right lied about their knowlage base on the hoist we asked them to look at, and then ADG still had the audacity to charge our Credit Card with for services they failed to deliver.

Had recurring issues with a newer Rotary hoist but the staff at ISN helped to address the issues and the matters were resolved amicably. Thanks to Rocco and Arlene. - Krown

I purchased 3 scissor lifts through this company. When they arrived there were parts missing. I immediately contacted the rep I bought them off of. He assured me they would take care of it. I eventually spoke to two other individuals who more or less didn't believe me that there were parts missing.Fast forward 3 months later. I still haven't received any replacement parts after numerous emails back and fourth to rectify the problem. They did, however, tell me the parts were on the way".Great lifts. Absolutely terrible customer service.Save yourself the hassle and go buy a lift off of someone else."

Bought my 1st lift from them a few months ago. Service and delivery was A1. I have to give credits to the customer service team who was patient with me as a first time buyer. Will definitely refer them to anyone who wants a reliable company!!

3 Interactions with this company with this company:1) We ordered a 4 post drive on alignment rack and very diligently specified that it has to be long and wide enough to accommodate dually cube vans as we have fleets we need to accommodate. After the lift was installed we noticed that the lift was not big enough. Sales person apologized and offered a small credit.2) 5 Years down the road we decided to have ADG/ISN to perform annual safety on 4 of our hoists. They came in with a quote of $3500, most of the repairs were required by the newest hoist provided by ADG. Local company did it for $8003) My favorite interaction: We needed to replace the lifting pad adapters #FJ2439 & #FJ2427. Never asked pricing, was handed an invoice for $500.Purchased online $100 per set, paid $226.00In conclusion, there are much more better companies to deal with.

Great service kindest staff!

I bought the HR8000 2 post lift for residential / hobby use. Their installer messed up a hydraulic line during the installation. They refused to fix it telling me I have to pay for a service call if I want it fixed. This lift is great for hobby use, the 1 star is for poor customer service.
