Un endroit à éviter le patron se cache pour ne pas te rembourser des pompes qui ne sont pas fonctionnel . j'ai attendu 4 h pour me faire rembourser est le patron ne s'est jamais montré.. à suivre je ne me laisserai pas léser comme ça

The owner is pleasant, but unfortunately the service does not reflect this. Very inconsistent staff which makes it difficult to have experienced and responsible personnel. Several issues were encountered during opening & closing of the Pool, rather than solving or tackling the issues, by finding a solution to remedy the errors produced during the winterization, they just decided to not serve the following season. Very irresponsible, Very unprofessional, I guess a good way to avoid problems & responsibilities. A replacement company was summoned for the opening and confirmed the issues during the winterization. Fixed, resolved! Sometimes you need to change service provider to realize that you weren't being well served.

My pool is salt, they throw in chlorine pucks.Didn't do a backwash, at weekly visit- which is an absolute must!They painted the pool last year: I walk in the water and I have paint ON MY FEET!They opened the pool this year, and left the pile of sludge at the bottom of the pool.I email these issues to them, no answer.

La compagnie devrait enlever les insignes sur leurs camions, j’ai failli me faire renversée par un camion qui reculait, prétendant ne pas pouvoir voir dans sa vitre arrière. Sans s’excuser, le chauffeur est parti. Manque de sécurité de la part de la compagnie. Attention à vous.
