I've come in twice to get repairs for my Segway Ninebot F40 and they've always done a great job in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't found any other place in the area that I would prefer to go to for scooter repairs!

Bought two scooters there yesterday. The staff is very patient and knowledgeable. They explained how to operate in great detail. They also are very concerned about safety when riding and spoke to us about how to ride safely. They helped load the scooters after the sale was done (this is not something they had to do. But did anyway). I was there for quit a while looking at scooters and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. I saw repair work being done and was impressed. I will be bring my new scooters there for all my maintenance based on what I saw.

I bought my first scooter here last year. It was the easiest and awesome experience. I had it delivered together with accessories to my place at convenient time for me. I was shown how everything works, and in 15 min was on the road. After 200 miles I called Konstantin to schedule gear oil change. He told me that I can swing by the shop any time during working hours, and he will take care of that while I wait. At the end of the season I asked about winter storage, and they came and picked it up. I’m very happy with a great service!

Went in for a flat. They changed out the whole tire with a poor quality older model. Charged me 200$ for labor. Won't be going back. When 8 tried to get some sort of explanation on why the entire wheel was replaced. They looked at me like I was stupid. Not to mention the enormous language barrier. Could not get anything out of them but rim rim bent". Could not get a clarification if my inner tube was popped or if they replaced it or just patched it. All they asked me when I finally went to pick it up if I paid already not even a summary or anything. Complete waste of my time and money. Most definitely will never come again."

These guys at Scooter Mutter did an amazing Job, my Vespa runs so much better. My new Go to" place for tune-ups.Easy side street parking on quiet road and a if you trailer your scooter in. Very easy to back right into their workshop area."

One stars because they did eventually fix my scooter but they were exceptionally slow and uncommunicative. I needed a battery replaced. It took three plus months to finally get my scooter back! When I continuously called I was told that there was only an elderly gentleman working on the scooters and they are doing their best. I do not recommend!

They fixed most of my scooter charged a ton took a long time to repair. Charged me $10 for an inertube and $150 for 15 hours of labor. Did not fix the locking mechanism for the handle bars but told me they took on a test drive can't see how. Won't be back there ever

These guys are the best shop around for the greater Boston area.They service my Buddy moped and even offer towing service if it’s needed. They do quality work and are very timely.They also have a new selection of electric mopeds/scooters/bikes that’s pretty cool too.
