Awesome place to be with kids during summer. One should come with a change of clothe, plus towels when coming. Because the kids will definitely want to play in the water. I had fun with my kids.

Great water park for little kids to play and have some fun!

Fun splash pad, I like that it's not sprawled to far so it's easy to watch your kids. I like that it has 4 picnic tables under a roof for some shade! I also like that they have a good size parking lot and that it is very close to the water!

Though my kids prefer splash pads with wading pools and slides, this one is great for a quick cool off. I wouldn't drive across the city for it, but they definitely enjoy it when here. It also has 4 picnic tables under a roof and 3 benches near trees. And for the older kids and adults there is a tennis court, basketball court, and an exercise machine all within 20 feet. A parking lot is available. And because it is directly beside a school, there is a playground nearby (on the other side of the school). So a great facility. No bathrooms nearby. And on hot days it gets crowded, but don't they all? On this day pictured (Sept 11 - - last day) it was a gorgeous 26°c and we were the only ones there for about an hour!

Nice little park. The splash pad is always busy and the space for football in the back make a great use of the space. The paths in and out of the area with a water space makes for a very diverse area.

Medium-large sized park adjacent to Island Lakes Elementary School. Park Features a Splash pad with shade canopy and picnic tables. There's also Tennis and Basketball courts. The park itself has a couple open area walking trails that wind through a very small (read: tiny) marsh area and end up at one of the Island lakes man made lakes, aka retaining ponds.There is a playground at the school as well.

Super fun splash pad for the kids. It was a great alternative when we decided to go to the Dakota Splash pad and found out that there was a capacity and a very long line to wait that day.A pavilion is there to give you shade while you watch your kids play and if it's busy like when we went, then you can always just lay down a towel or beach mat and sit close. Lots of space and a play area that's near as well.

A gorgeous community with wonderful people and a beautiful nature preserve. The school nearby just cleaned up all the litter and it looks amazing. If you plan on coming down, bring a garbage bag and help keep the community looking pristine!
