We were stranded coming through Williams Lake on our vacation and were experiencing car problems. Called maybe 10 shops around Williams lake and no one would help us out on short notice. Bailey Auto service quickly changed their schedules around and had us back on the road by 10 am. They were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing to help diagnose our issue. Very grateful that they could accommodate us during our vacation. Thanks again!

Darren and his staff at Bailey Auto Service are true gems, who have gone above and beyond for me!I was driving to Williams Lake to purchase a car. Bailey Auto Service came highly recommended, and so I spoke with Darren ahead of time, and made arrangements to have the car looked at. He made room in his busy schedule to fit in my car, and took the time to go over any concerns, and didn't make me feel like I had to get the car in and out. He took his time, and did a professional job of a full inspection.To top it off, Darren even stayed past when the shop typically closes, just to check my tires, and clean and torque my wheels the proper way. No shortcuts here is what I've found. Would definitely use him again, and I highly recommend those in the area trust your vehicle in his good hands.

What an amazing place! Darren has great attention to detail took time to explain until I understood. Brad worked hard to complete the job quickly and tested my car to make sure it was performing well before handing it back. The team helped me out so I could continue my journey safely (which is priceless) and they charged a fair price. 10/10 strongly recommend!

If it wasn’t for Baileys we would have been stranded! We had a trailer full of horses yesterday hauling to the island. Darren stayed late to help us out, explained everything that he was doing. Great service and good people! Thank you sooo much!!

Can't say enough good things about Darren. He rescued me after my van broke down and got me back on the road as quickly as humanly possible. He also explained everything thoroughly to me. Great service reasonably priced. Thank you Darren. 10/10 for sure.

Darren was a lifesaver. I had a truck full of hunting gear, was 800 km from home, and I was pretty sure my c.v. joint was busted. I tried the dodge dealer who couldn't even look at it for 3 days. I tried the Canadian Tire and had the worst customer service experience. I was sure I was going to be stuck staying in a hotel for days, which I couldn't afford. I found the info for Bailey's Auto and phoned. He said he was booked solid but told me to bring it by and he'd have a quick look for me. He immediately saw my distress and was super welcoming. He ended up finding and fixing the issue in less than 30 minutes and had me back on the highway home. His kindness and willingness to lend a hand to a stressed out stranger is customer service you rarely see anymore! If you live in the Williams Lake area, please support this business

OMG!!! Darren and Brad were awesome! We were headed back from our holiday up north to Vernon and our truck decided it wasn't going to cooperate. My husband got us parked and googled a mechanics shop, read the google reviews and we chose to call Bailey's Automotive. The reviews weren't lying. They were super busy with their own customers and scheduled repairs but they took the time, (more than 2 hours) to look at our truck to determine if we should risk it and drive it back to Vernon. The answer was no. We also had an RV to consider! After many calls and brainstorming BCAA towed our truck back to Vernon and Darren the owner offered to store our RV at his house. Better yet, we made the deal to swap shop time for RV time. Darren is towing our RV to Silver Star to use for the long weekend and then parking it for us in our storage. Some people may think we are crazy but we tend to look at the positive and trust great service and great people. Thank you Darren, Brad and Heidi!!!

I called BAILEY to let them know my daughter was having car troubles and was struggling to even make it into town as she was traveling from the Lower Mainland to PG. Darren was absolutely amazing. Went so far above and beyond to get me back on the road. His knowledge and expertise diagnosed the issues quick and knew how to solve them! It turned out he didn’t have the part I needed but found a way to get it and fix it faster than any shop who just throws parts at problems! Absolutely would recommend to anyone needing work done to their vehicles to go see Darren! He will do what’s right and if he can’t help, he knows a guy that can!

Darren was awesome. He worked late and even came in on his day off to finish my car. He really takes pride in his work and not often you find a business that go over and beyond for their customers. Very professional and friendly and caring. Definitly recommend them.
