If you're going to order something from this KFC, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!Order in-store or through the Skip the dishes app if you're able to, every single one of the orders I've had are either completely wrong, missing items or the waiting period is frustratingly long and the problem is never solved plus the fact that they never ever answer their phone is also pretty disappointing.The rare occasion that I've been able to get through to speak to someone I strongly believe they don't even bother to actually check if an order has been sent out and just quickly give a generic answer of it left 10 minutes ago".Over all would recommend you don't even bother ordering from this particular KFC."

Not the same taste as what I knew. I don’t eat there often because of how unhealthy their food is but my husband insists to have once a year on Father’s Day. I placed the order on line to save time but they don’t start it until you get there and I waited 25 mins for my order to be completed. Defeats the purpose.

June 2022. Had a take out lunch for 2 here.Tuesday special was two originals Brown meat $2.99 or add fries $3.99. We had ordered a meal for 2 using online deals ( app order for pick up). But could not resist Tuesday special so I picked up more at counter …Location with abundance of parkings. Inside is the old classic layout and furniture. But clean and open with large windows.Definitely get KFC app if you like fried chicken because many/ most deals are on line orders only. Even if you have coupon, they would still most likely ask you to place order online and it is quite confusing how the deals are applied. But surprisingly I was able to order at counter for the Tuesday special which is great because why use a phone or app of you are at store already ….Hélas. Love KFC… fried chicken in general. Just need to get to fix the craving occasionally.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich combo and it took over a hour to get my order. People were coming in cause they didn't receive there order from ordering online aswell the staff are more busy talking to one another then working. Overall service is 0

10/10 do not recommend. Last time I ordered KFC (PFK) was about 3 years ago. I decided to give it a try again. It was the last time I will ever waste my money. I tried calling the store 5 times to get an ETA on delivery after it was 40 minutes late. The phone kept ringing until it was cut off with a message saying the answer machine was full. When the order came, my drink was missing. The chicken was burnt and dry. The fries were ice cold. I filled out their survey and all I got from the company was an email saying sorry with a button saying apologies accepted." I wouldn't recommend this location based on my experience."

This has to be the worst ever paid $70 for dinner got a “Mother’s Day special “ they over charged it by $8 then it took an hr to prepare it finally get it home take a bite of the chicken and all I can taste is how burnt it is, tried calling the restaurant back and no answer tried calling the next morning no answer or phone just gets picked up then hung up. I then drove to the store and they have a sign saying they are closed. If I was the owner of this place I would be ashamed of how it is being run and because of this I will never ever eat at a kfc again!!!I also wouldn’t give them a one star rating but I had to to publish this post!

Cancelled online order with no notice, no answer on phone, customer service number led to a fax line. Had to drive there to get told they weren't going to deliver because of no drivers. Terrible service, staff looked entirely uninterested in their work.
