Brad and his staff were amazing they did all I wanted and more to customize my van in a timely fashion and affordable prices highly recommend would 100% use them every time going forwards.

I just call to rg and the guy who talk to me doesn’t want to tell me the prices because is too many products.The only way is go there that’s mean that I ended up buying the parts there? I live in east Vancouver not fair to drive there and then they don’t have parts or they are in the warehouse and I have to wait 3 hrs in Surrey for get the part!Where is my right as costumer to known the prices first and then choose?

Buying here car paint supplies for my small shop for good period of time and has considered my self as valued customer. Remember dealing with paint guy Paul who has left and now with Darrin who was today on holiday. Didn't deal with other guys until today and don't know theirs names.As I have moved to Langley I continue to buy there and I was always ordering paint on the phone to avoid waiting in the store.Today I did same, guy took my order everything was as usually and I came to the store to pick up but my order wasn't there. I did explain that I called in and make order. One guy very rudely told me there is not your paint here. I said are you telling me that I didn't call in and ordered it? At that moment the other guy got involved and told me don't get excited

Ordered parts for my truck to find out one month later that no one processed the order.

Today morning, I went this place to buy short hose. Guy on counter around 60 years age, treated rudely.When I entered he said that I occupied with customer keep asides yourselves but he was actually standing free. Hopefully I may wrong but he could say the same thing gently.While I asked for short hose, he reacted not nicely & said this is not our scope & Home Depot items.Overall not feel nice after leaving shop.

I use this place a lot. No nonsense, reasonable prices, guys who work there are helpful and know their stuff, parts come quickly or are in stock. What's not to like?? Free parking and clean, well-run parts place. Try it.

This is a very good local auto parts shop that will take the time to find the right part or your obscure part request. Pricing is competitive and the willingness to get what you request puts them up at the top of your local auto parts sources.

Highly recommend this shop. Came in to replace my water pump that another shop quoted me over $800 for. RG Auto did the work for half of that. Absolutely going to these guys for any future work I need done.
