Dwayne and Don are really knowledgeable and experienced in any issues you may be going through or if you just have questions. They both came to our house and installed all new units imagine the owner and his top staff do the work to ensure everything is perfect. If you need help, service or looking for a place that you just want to buy water then go see what I mean. Thanks for all you help.

I called to request a free water test. The guys came out right away and suggested a new iron filter as ours was not working properly. They were back out within a week and installed a new one. My water is now 100% better. Great service and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

i used to go to walmart to get my 18.9L (5gal) water jugs for my water cooler and always had to pay for the refill and caps and more than half the time, they were out of the lids. since ive started coming here to the water store, not only are the lids free, but both times the worker at the desk helped me carry the jugs to my car. i am very pleased with this level of customer service. and being in customer service myself for many years, ive seen both sides of it. and these guys do very well. definately earned a customer for life

Great service, helpful and understanding staff. I have knee and back issue (RN for 43 yr) they carry out heavy jugs to my car for me. I recommend this store.
