Triumph Heating & Air Conditioning
Our A/C gave out during the first heat wave of the year but Triumph managed to fit us in the next day to check it out - so important when we have a baby at home. They were honest in their assessment of our old A/C and provided a quote for a new one quickly. New unit arrived and was installed first thing on a Monday morning. Happy customers! While I hope we don't have to call them in often, I won't hesitate to use them again and again.

A great company, 2nd year with them. Shaun showed up to service our air conditioner and furnace right on time this morning. They are enthusiastic happy working people. We have now dealt with Shaun and Tommy. We are part of their VIP plan. We recommend them.

Triumph was recommended by a family member and I was super impressed with the service. Tommy the Technician was excellent. He noticed burn marks in a switch in the air conditioning system outside and after checking the capacitor, found it was not putting out the required spark.After replacing those parts, he went inside and checked our furnace and gas fireplace. He found a gas leak in the fireplace and advised me on the repair procedure. Tommy is very personable and efficient at his work. I certainly will have Triumph back and have signed up for their yearly maintenance plan.Ron S.West Kelowna

I was able to get a service appointment within two days of my initial phone call. Pricing on the water tank and installation was excellent. Servicemen were polite and careful to keep the house clean when entering and leaving. I also had a separate issue with my furnace which they also attended to on the spot, which was awesome. This is the third time I have used Triumph for home service, I have never been disappointed with pricing and expertise of their service technicians.

Triumph installed 3 ductless split units in our carriage house this february.The price was affordable, the install was great and they cleaned up really well.I have been using Triumph for years, Jeff and his team are always responsive, on time and affordable. Great business! Needed A/C repair. Jeff picked up the call right away, and scheduled us an appt within 24 hours - but then called back to say that another job had finished early and a technician could be out right away! Amazing! Shawn was here within the hour. Professional & helpful. Definitely use this business again!
