Walked in to get the dog's nails trimmed. No questions. Fill it up paperwork how old the dog is. Any health issues? Your name? Your address? Phone Number. Very simple. I went to PetSmart previously. They want to see the rabies ticket. They don't need a health guarantee from the vet, although sons of b****** up here aren't taking any new patients so it won't be going back there again. From now on I'll be going to pet food Warehouse.

They have wonderful an knowledgeable staff. They love and spoil our dogs. Gracie and River love it there!

Birds have wings because they are meant to FLY. Breeding birds and selling them to people who keep them in cages is CRUELTY. Before you buy a bird consider that your first vet appointment will be 170+. Did you know birds like to explore, play, fly, forage for food and engage with people, just like dogs or cats do? Did you know they need natural perches such as trees and branches to keep their feet healthy? Did you know birds need vegetables and not just seed? Did you know cats and birds are natural enemies in nature? Please consider these things before buying a bird and sentencing it to life in a cage.

Always had great service here ( Lasalle location). Susan always made a fuss of my dogs as Did Candace.Staff are knowledgable, friendly and empathetic.’The selection of products is outstanding.Ill go here before choosing a big box pet store.Definitely the best pet store in Sudbury District.

This place is absolutely incredible. The staff is amazing beyond words. Helped me out so fast during curbside. Petsmart would've been a few hours wait no guarantee pick up same day. The staff at pet food warehouse are great people, they served me within 5 minutes! Best service, best employees. 10/10 recommend.

I went in this store for the first time and received the absolute best service I could possibly ask for.My dog was having a severe problem with itchy skin and I was desperate to find a shampoo that would soothe his skin. As I was looking at the various shampoos when an employee asked if I needed help. I explained the problem to her and she asked me a few questions. We had a very informative discussion about my dogs diet and how his food/treats could be causing his skin irritation. After our talk she recommended one of the shampoos. I then went to the cash to make my purchase and was told about their rewards program. All I had to do was have my name and phone number put into the computer and I was all signed up.I went home and immediately used the shampoo on my dog. I bathed and then dried him off and then I watched to see if he would started scratching/licking his skin. I watched for several hours and much to my relief, and I'm sure his too, hw was no longer itching ! It's been a few days now and all is good.I unfortunately don't know the name of the women who helped me while I was there but if she ever reads this I want to sincerely thank her with all my heart.I would not hesitate to recommend this store
