I work in shipping receiving at Wolseley Surrey and use Burrard multiple times a day. The dispatchers, Kendahl, Kim, Lucas, Sophia, Rob, Amanda and whoever else I missed are amazing. Theyre super professional but always find a way to make me laugh and give great service. Burrard makes it happen" even when i give them some pretty difficult requests. Its never "we cant" its " we will." The drivers are great too. I choose burrard first whenever possible."

Roy delivered 2 - 10' containers to us and was extremely helpful, giving us the pros and cons of where to put the containers. He craned them into place right against our heritage building without even touching the building. Wonderful job!

Horrible service. Rude receptionist. Quoted a price and then attempted to surcharge 50%. Manager said would phone back and never responded. Con artists with hidden fees like 4% credit surcharge. Don’t use them. Waste of time.
