I lost track of time and had 30mins to reach the location and I was 40mins away. I begged the person I spoke to, to wait as I genuinely misjudge my time and to make matters worse, I do not live in a pick up area. When I arrived I did not have my information written on the barrel and guy in the back waited for me to sign up the barrels. He gave me a lock to put on them as I could not find mine due to being so flustered. The was very patient and did not say much but was supportive throughout the process. My grandmother used their service for many years and this was my first time and now I can definitely see why. I have recommended and will use their service again. This was August 2022.

I am very disappointed with the company’s reliability. They sent a shipping schedule from Canada to Jamaica for the holiday period, so I went ahead and followed it. However, the shipment never left Canada until after the scheduled time. The barrels did reach two weeks after and have been sitting and waiting to be “stripped” from Dec 24th. I know that this was a part of the holidays in Jamaica, but I have received no more information on the barrels since then. Please don’t send a schedule if you don’t work by it.

I have been shipping with this company several years now and ship my items 12 times a year. I have never had anything damaged or broken. Most importantly my barrels have never been stolen and always reach their destination on time. There is no better company than this one out there. Lost my barrel, which was for my parents memorial, keeps giving me the run around stating barrel was in Trinidad and it's Plipdeco fault, when the barrel never left Canada. No apology, after doing my own investigation and spending lots of unnecessary money on long distance calls to Consolidated Cargo and to Plipdeco, the barrel never left Canada as was stated by Haris at Trades Pan.Will never used them again, poor customer service

I have been shipping to the Caribbean with tradespan for many years,and must say I have never been disappointed. My barrels always reached on time and never had any incident of damaged goods. TRADESPAN CARGO is #1 in shipping fo me an my family.

They never ever answer the phone, I can never get through to anyone. The moment you call and press 2 for commercial someone will answer, however not for residential. On answering for commercial, no assistance is provided. Trying to get thru to Tradespan is like pulling teeth. The excuse is always staff is ill, everyday staff is sick for the residential side. All i want to do is to track a barrel, they say the service is available online, yet when all details are entered, the message is someone will call back in 24 hours. Let me tell you i have been waiting since Monday. Things were never this bad and i honestly like shipping with them but if i cant speak to anyone , i think this will be my last encounter.
