The dog bathing stations here are terrific. The ladies were so helpful and inviting. This was a great experience for the dog and for us. We will definitely be going there for all our pet needs.

A couple of weeks ago I visited this store to use the dog wash station and pick up a couple things for my husky. I was very impressed with the dog wash station. It was very clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Both myself and the dog walked out of there very happy. Thank you!

Pet Valu in Port is by far my most favourite store in town! Everyone is always so friendly and greet you when you walk in. It's so hard to get good customer service these days (don't know why), but this store never lets me down. All the staff are friendly and helpful and either remember me or my furry friends. Any time I needed help with something, they were very knowledgeable to give me advice or guide me to the right products, and if I ever needed an exchange or return, never a hassle. Thank you!
