HQ Style Lounge

Wow, today was my first visit to HQ style lounge with an appointment for a major service.I was very well looked after by the staff and enjoyed good conversations with my bottomless coffee.I absolutely love my extensions and colour.If you’re looking for quality, good atmosphere and customer service-this is the place to go.I wish I found this salon years ago!-Megan

If I could rate 6 stars I would, I have been going to Alana for years as she is the only stylist I trust when it comes to going blonde. The entire salon is a very upbeat and comfortable environment including the staff that always have a smile on their faces. Alana is such a kind and genuine person I am always looking forward to my appointments with her as you can tell how important each and every one of her clients is to her. My hair would be an absolute disaster without this angel of a hair stylist! On top of the fact there is a free-of-charge therapy session with every appointment :)

I've been seeing Whitney for the past few years, and she is absolutely amazing! She is very personable, and I always enjoy my time with her at the salon. The passion she has for what she does never ceases to amaze me, and the end results always turn out even better than I expected. She knows how to turn my ideas into reality, and this is what I really appreciate.Be prepared for a great playlist each time you walk through HQ’s their doors. One last thing to mention is that the other stylists are just as bubbly and friendly as Whitney, while the salon's atmosphere is like that of no other; both warm and welcoming.

I have been a customer now for four months and I am happy! Jess, my stylist, is great at her job. The very first time I met her she got my color the way I have wanted it for over 16 years and other stylists could never achieve. She is very detailed in covering my grey roots throughout my whole head not just the top of my head. And on top of being great at her craft she is fun and easy to talk to. I feel like I have known her forever and not just 4 months.

I’ve been seeing Danielle for years and each appointment is a lovely experience. She’s both professional and personable and great at what she does. HQ is cute, especially after their recent reno’s, and any interactions I’ve had with other staff have been a delight.

My second time seeing Alana for blonde colour and it was just as amazing as the first time, i love my hair so much! Highly recommend the salon everyone is super nice :)

I see Alana at HQ and she always has such an amazing energy that you feel before you even sit down in the chair. She is not only an incredible human but an even better stylist. HQ goes above and beyond to accommodate all of the needs I’ve ever had (including still giving me everything I wanted even when traffic and bad weather had me 25 minutes late!) I had done a fashion colour in my hair and the team worked until it was all corrected back to thee most beautiful blonde. I always feel so at home and taken care of when I walk in the doors. All of the stylists work together to help one another and it is clear that they love what they do. I would highly highly recommend HQ to anyone looking for a new salon.

I have been seeing Alana for a few years now and have always walked away happy! She always has “inspo” on hand when I can’t quite remember what I want, and she’s only become better over the years. Recently began to see Whitney as well for extensions, and the two of them teamed up is even better than one! Always able to bring my vision to life, team work makes the dream work for sure at HQ ! I’ve recommended many friends already and would defiantly say HQ is the best in the biz.
