Just purchased my RX from here and couldn't be happier with the entire process in this dealership. Walked in day before yesterday and the friendly concierge introduced me to Hamed who was very helpful throughout the buying process. We went through all options of the various models in the vehicle i was looking, all the financing details and pretty much closed the deal verbally by the end of our meeting. By the next day afternoon, my deal was completed and my suv was ready for pickup at noon.Honestly, this was one of the best dealership experiences I have had. Mainly due to the fact that there was no pressure in being sold options that I wasn't interested in. This can be a main reason for concern for many buyers going to dealerships as people don't like to be pressured in purchasing add-ons that aren't aligned with what they want. So there's a layer of peace of mind when you're working with a dealer who is patient, understanding and genuinely helps you to get the best deal for you. Thanks Hamed!

After purchasing my brand new Lex last October 2022 from Marko Turkalj in sales along side his sales Mgr Asim ‘the awesome’ for any managerial signage. I was super satisfied with the personal touches of professional and comfort I received information wise prior to the final number and payment setup….After purchasing the car the incredible service and friendliness continues from all staff including Francesco FerrantiRocco Colangelo in your service department, to the receptionists who greet you… Helpful to apples and oranges or cookies and pastries. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing IS 300 AWD from this dealership, and I must say that my experience with my salesperson Paul was absolutely outstanding. Paul’s knowledge and expertise about the Lexus lineup is impressive. He is very friendly, responsive and attentive. Overall, my experience with Lexus was exceptional. Visited the showroom to learn about a specific model. Met a very kind, very helpful, however novice sales rep, who during our meeting asked the help of Bill a sales manager to answer some in depth question I was interested in the car specifically. The way he spoke to us during that 5! minutes, both my wife and I could feel the ignorance and absolutely don't care style if you buy a car or not from us" attitude.We didn't return and purchased our Lexus from another dealership that places customers first and works with managers who wants to help and not showing off their managerial ego."

Excellent dealership ! Top shelf. Francesco, Jonathan, Rocco and the whole team were amazing. And the mechanic Patrick was so neat and did an amazing major service on my car. The IS 250 is now 10 years old. Don’t waste time going to any other dealership. Lexus of Vaughan is the best! And the showroom is like a hotel!

This is an awesome dealership, recently we got our Lexus NX350 and Hamed helped us wonderfully! Hamed is a great and he made the process very easy and convenient for us!
