I ordered an extra large decaf, 1 sweetener, Double Cup. Not too hard right ... I got an extra large decaf two cream two sweetener according to the lid in drive-thru and the colour in my cup. We even made sure it was changed on the drive-thru screen. Next time get it right and pay attention to your orders.

Incompétence on a whole new level. With only 1 customer in front of me with an order of $4.65 I waited 20 minutes before giving up and leaving the store to go find coffee elsewhere.

I normally stop here in the morning to get a coffee with espresso and they can rarely Make the correct coffee for me.One time I got a wasp in my coffee instead of espresso, when I went back through to the drive-through window they were barely apologetic. Great customer service very for coffee making skills will not return. I really don’t understand how you don’t you can’t see a wasp in a coffee that you’ve serve.

This store is so dirty and filthy, caked in layers of built up dirt over weeks and months. Bathrooms are hardly useable. If the common areas are a mess, so too must be the food prep and service areas. Are there no municipal or corporate quality inspections?

Probably the slowest tim hortons I have ever been to. I’m literally writing this review as I sit in the line for drive through which always no matter the time of day is an eternity. This place never seems to be able to function. All times of the day they are slow both drive through and in store. Time for the store to get some new staff or a new team leader to push them to do better.

It was really busy here. The line went all the way out the door. If I didn't love food from Tim's so much I would have gone somewhere else. Once my order was placed the wait wasn't too long. Service was good.

Visiting here couple minutes after 9 in the evening, after being on the road couple of hours to find out we couldn't order much of anything here. Three order attempts for nice hot meal to no avail, ended up getting just a mere donut and a cup of coffee and the coffee didn't even taste right. Should of just went over to McDonald's.
