To me, the shape of the building is very appealing from distance. I love the pool and the gym working out while looking at beautiful sceneries in the window to forget about counting calories on treadmill. The only minus is the lifts! I wish all 4 of them work but sometimes one is off. The building is clean and has a wonderful Tokyo view as they say!

The place looks nice, good location but the management is out to lunch. By far this has to be to most beautiful building developed by Concord but it's currently being ran to the ground by Rancho Management. Many people's dream home has now becoming a nightmare since Rancho decided to raise the strata fees twice in the last year and a half when the building is still considered new. Rancho is very quick to fine their residences and slowwwww to respond to any issues.

All these people with 5 star reviews have never lived here in my opinion or they are just agents who want to promote in order to sell or rent a unit. I have lived here for 4+ years. The building looks fancy and all. Amenities are really decent to be fair. However when it comes to the numbers and size of the elevators, ITS a MESS!!! How theyd came up with three elevators for such a huge building and so many units! Every now and then there is an elevator out of service and not just for a day or two, it usually takes weeks for the management to fix them. There is two of three elevators are currently out of order for the next 7 weeks! There is always line up for the elevators so if you actually have to plan everything at least 30 minutes ahead before moving and coming back to you unit. Stay away!

This is a superb property for commercial, residential purposes in a desirable part of the city. It features a parking area, a gym, and a spectacular 20th-floor swimming pool with a glass bottom. Additionally, it boasts a convenient location, just a 15-minute walk from the core downtown

Lived here for 2+ years, purchased from the developer. Management is not adequate whatsoever, there were random things like having to line up during COVID at 12am to sign up to use the amenities, increasing fees, restricting access to parking entrances, etc. There are so many airbnbs in the building, it seems like management hardly does anything. There were at least a few on the floor I lived on, and it was visitors staying for a weekend or so in and out all throughout the pandemic. It honestly felt like a hotel, all the amenities are shared between the 560 units in the building PLUS everyone in one pacific - another Concord Pacific Development (another 300 plus units). The gym is tiny, certainly not big enough to share with 800+ units, and the pool facilities are always too busy. Some of the residents - not all, are extremely disrespectful, not cleaning up after themselves or their dogs in the common areas. Additionally, when I lived there (end of 2019 - beginning of 2022), there were always break ins in the storage lockers and parkade.Location is nice with it being very close to the seawall, but good luck trying get access to the parkade during the any Canucks game or concert. The build quality of the units is alright, feels a bit cheap, as it was marketed as a luxury development".I definitely couldn't recommend anyone to live here

This is a nice new building near the casino with a very cool communal pool area (with a glass floor) but I found the apartments to be very small for the price !

Beautiful location. Building is new with great amenities. Concierge here is amazing. Only complaints would be elevator sometimes gets booked up (due to people moving) so it becomes quite busy. Also the gym here is quite limited, but they do have a great swimming pool.

The Arc Vancouver, features a glass-bottom pool on the 20th floor — the bottom of the arching portion of the structure — that allows swimmers to look 200 ft down onto the public plaza below. As a feat of engineering, this pool is the most expensive price per sq. ft. condominium amenity ever built in Canada. It is also the highest large-scale, glass-bottom pool in Canada.

Amenities are very posh. Everyone knows the glass bottom pool but the party room and gym are spacious and great for gatherings.

Management and concierge are in la la land and awful to deal with. No respect, interest or support in helping tenants. The elevator waits are atrocious, and can take 15 minutes - they are too small for the size of the building - good luck if someone is moving in and booked the elevator.
