Unfortunately the Co. that did the original roof doesn't do residential now.Brian showed up 7:45 am without a phone call in advance walking around on the roof! I was not impressed to say the least. Woke everybody up! Also he leaned his ladder directly on the eavestrough!! and also thrashed the job that the roofers did on our 22yr old roof (no issues at all) and was also looking for extra work that we never asked about.The estimate we EVENTUALLY received was the highest of the 3 roofing companies that gave us estimates. He never brought sample boards of shingles either. The other guys did.Not a good experience. Perhaps they do good work but after that I was not interested at all.I had to give a 1 star rating in order to post otherwise I would have given none.

Beck’s roofing put a new roof on my house in May, 2018 and I hired them again to replace my gutters last week. I was very pleased with both jobs and the courteous professionalism of Brian and the other workers.

There was a puncture of a gas line outside our community this week causing shutdown of services. Fortis assessed the problem and in addition to obvious issues found that a hot water vent was unattached causing possible carbon monoxide leakage. I contacted Beck’s Roofing Ltd to assist in rectifying this issue as they had installed a new roof in June 2021 and I had been extremely pleased with their work. Brian was considerate of the issue, arrived immediately and fixed the vent issue. We determined that the vent had been that way since installation of a new water heater in 2015. I would highly recommend Brian and his team for any of your roofing needs.

They promised to show up and help me with a roof leak if I provided my own ladder but never showed up. If a company doesn't have time for a smaller job then they should be up front about that and not keep someone waiting all week when another company could have fixed the issue by now.
