This location says they close at 10pm and we got there at 9:30pm the signs were turned off and the employees didn’t even bother come to the door and let us know that they are closed for whatever reason! I hope the owner of this location reads this as we drove 20 minutes just for BR and it’s disappointing.

There's a big difference between expensive and rip off. Came in on Saturday bought 2 products. One cone with chocolate and sprinkles the other a cup. 2 scoops plus sprinkles $15.65!. 2 scoops of ice cream with sprinkles over $15!. Plus walked in and some miserable girl was eating her lunch no hellos no nothing what an absolute rip off.

I was at this location on June 25 in the evening and there was a lady there with I would guess were her parents, they were eating items they had purchased in the store. As I was leaving the lady asked for some water and the store clerk refused saying her manager gets really mad if they don't charge for the cup". I was shocked that someone was being refused a simple cup of water - what does a cup cost five cents. I think this is not a way to treat customers and I will NEVER go back to this location. Don't be so cheap store manager.Response to owner - well that is not what I witnessed so perhaps you need to speak with your employees."

This Baskin-Robbins location is my go to ice cream spot I always get good friendly service it's located near Bayview and 407 in a small plaza I ordered a small strawberry ice cream cake for a small get together and the ice cream cake exceeding my expectations ice cream frombaskin-robbins taste way better than Dairy Queen lol
